This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.

You must be 100% sure that the item match your requirements, if you are unsure in any way at all, please contact us to confirm the details BEFORE purchasing.
Please make sure your ship-to address is correct/current. We cannot be responsible for lost packages which were shipped to an incorrect address provided by you. Your signature upon delivery is intended to act as acceptance of responsibility for the package and the contents. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier. Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable are not able to be re-shipped. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website.
All photographs of products for sale on this website are representational images only, unless otherwise specified. GoAmber UK takes care to make the products as close to the representational image as possible, but as natural materials are used it is impossible to exactly replicate the images on the website.
If you are not satisfied with the original condition of your purchased item, you may return the unused item within 7 days from order receipt date for a refund (less the postage costs £1.99 / £3.49) or replacement. To qualify for refund or replacement, item must be unworn and in the original packaging with all tags and stickers attached. Used merchandise cannot be returned or refunded. Amber products purchased from us are warranted for 90 days against any manufacturer's defects from when you received your order. If a jewellery item fails within that period of time, we will either repair or replace the item. Warranty excludes all damage caused by abuse or normal wear. We do not offer repairs on jewelry that has been worn. Accidental damage is not covered by our warranty. We do not replace lost jewelry. Replacements and refunds are not available after 90 days.
You should expect to receive your refund within one week of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (4 to 7 business days). Any items (broken or damaged item, replacement) that need to be returned are the buyers responsibility to pay return costs. Postage prices are not refundable. Returns will be considered on a case by case basis.
Shipping & Delivery
We welcome International customers from any country in the world. We use the following carriers when shipping items to our customers. For more information on our shipping protocol please refer to the information below.
The usual order dispatch time (the time between the order being placed and it being mailed out is the dispatch time) is 1 to 3 business days** (not including weekends and public holidays) from the date the order is placed. (**During September - March period, order processing time may be longer due to increased demand).
Delivery fee: Economy Shipping: Free / Registered Airmail: £3.49 (Economy shipping doesn't include tracking after a package has been handed to a destination country/region's carrier.)
Delivery time: Standard delivery time for most of the shipments is 5-12 business days once dispatched. (May be longer depending on the destination, local customs clearance or around major public holidays). We reserve up to 15 business days for delivery. (Not including weekends and public holidays). Registered Airmail delivery time 4-10 business days once dispatched. International delivery time is approximately 10 to 30 business days. Please note: estimated delivery dates apply to in-stock items only and may not be available depending on shipment details. Delivery of out-of-stock items is subject to availability. The dates provided are estimated and subject to change without notice.
Missing, Damaged or Delays with delivery
GoAmber UK is not liable for damage incurred to goods in transit or for non-delivery. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered once they have been dispatched to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
Amending or Cancelling an Order
Please note that once your order has been placed, your shipping address cannot be changed. We generally prepare your order for despatch immediately, so you may not be able to make any amendments or cancel your order as it could have already been despatched. In this case, you would have to return your order once you've received it. If the package is still within our premises, we charge 10% of the total amount of the order as a cancellation fee.
Comments: We have our very own warehouses located in Tallinn (Estonia), Stockholm (Sweden), Frankfurt (Germany), Krakow (Poland), Riga (Latvia), making it easier for suppliers to organize materials for production, optimize shipping and delivery. All orders are shipped from either our workshop or warehouse in Europe.
