- Barrel screw clasps consist of two round threaded cylinders where one end screws into the other end by twisting them around several times. They provide greater security than magnetic or hook type clasps.

Works a treat!
I was obviously sceptical and nervous about putting necklace on my 8month old baby but it is really making a difference to his teething pain and bonus is he doesn’t even realise he’s wearing it!
