EU Orders: We operate several workshops worldwide, however all EU orders are shipped exclusively from our EU workshop. This ensures faster delivery and guarantees no additional VAT or customs fees at delivery.

Standard delivery time for most shipments is 5–12 business days once dispatched. International delivery time is approximately 10–30 business days. We reserve up to 15 business days for delivery (not including weekends and public holidays).

Express delivery is available and is typically up to twice as fast as standard shipping, depending on the destination and carrier.

If an ordered item is temporarily unavailable, our workshop will begin producing a new batch. You will receive a dispatch confirmation once ready.

Missing, Damaged or Delays with delivery

GoAmber is not liable for damage incurred to goods in transit or for non-delivery. Once delivered, goods are held at your own risk.

Return, Amending or Cancelling an Order

Once placed, your order cannot be cancelled or amended as it immediately enters our dispatch system. In rare cases where cancellation is possible, a 15% fee applies.

If you're not happy with your purchase, you may return the unused item within 7 days for a refund or replacement (postage excluded). Items must be unworn and in original packaging.

Our amber products come with a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects.

Refunds are processed within approximately one week after the return is received.

Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original postage fees are non-refundable. Undelivered returned packages are refunded minus shipping costs. Items returned from countries outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs handling fees, or other applicable charges. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the final refund amount once the return is received and processed.

No replacements or refunds are offered after 90 days from the date of purchase.

Comments: We have our very own warehouses located in Tallinn (Estonia), Stockholm (Sweden), Frankfurt (Germany), Krakow (Poland), Riga (Latvia), making it easier to organise materials for production, optimise shipping and delivery. All orders are shipped from either our workshop or warehouse in Europe.
