Barrel screw clasps consist of two round threaded cylinders where one end screws into the other end by twisting them around several times. They provide greater security than magnetic or hook type clasps.

Really pleased with my purchase

I bought this for my 7 month old son as he’s been drooling a lot (no teeth yet though), but have to admit I wasn’t sure I believed it would work but thought it would look cute even if it didn’t work! To my surprise I put it on him and within 5 minutes he stopped drooling. Can’t comment on teething pain yet as I have nothing to compare to but it definitely has made a difference to the drooling! No more dribble bibs needed!
