Brought this as my daughter wears one continuously for teething and it’s definitely helped so thought I’d give it a go to help with menstrual pain. I am normally in a lot of pain with this needing constant boiling hot water bottles and regular pain relief however this time with the anklet on it’s completely bearable! I still feel cramps but no where near as bad as they were not sure if it’s the bracelet or placebo but I’d definitely say worth a try!!
Beautiful piece if jewellery. I bought it as I'm suffering badly from osteoarthritis in my knees. The first 2 days of wearing it i could actually walk! I thought it was going to be amazing, but after that the pain was still the same. I'm not sure what I was expecting. It was worth a try! I wear it anyway because I love it
